How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. All orders are provided to Canada Post or the appropriate courier for delivery to you. Canada Post will have the most up to date information on the location of your package. Qu Bee Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not replace orders lost by Canada Post or "not delivered." All packages shipped are marked “DO NOT SAFE DROP” or “SIGNATURE REQUIRED.” You will have to contact Canada Post to resolve the issue, under some cases we may provide assistance to ensure your order is delivered right away to you if there is a delay.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Orders are often processed the same business day and we are unable to change orders. If you would like to order additional items please double check that your order has not been shipped first. It is often okay to add items as long as the order is still in our possession. You can send us a text message at (647) 986-4463, if you have any questions.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped daily Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed within the GTA, Durham, Peel, Halton region and surrounding areas are received within 1-2 business days. No orders are shipped over the weekend, orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. If you are located outside of Ontario or in the USA your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need an exact time frame, please refer to your tracking number (all tracking numbers are emailed) or send a text to (647) 986-4463 with your name and order number.
I got an order verification email? Is this from Qu Bee Lashes?
Due to changing times and issues with fraudulent orders Qu Bee Lashes reserves the right to request verification for orders. Unfortunately, some fraudsters make things difficult for others by using different billing and shipping addresses to process orders. To prevent product and financial losses, we do send order verification emails requesting confirmation of name and address along with the last four digits of your credit card. You will also, receive a call or text message from us communicating that there is an issue with your order and it is being held until verification is provided. New customer pick-up orders will be asked to present identification before their order is released.
How do I store my adhesive?
Adhesives should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. UNOPENED bottles of adhesives can be kept in the refrigerator. Once opened, DO NOT store adhesive in refrigerator as moisture can enter the bottle and react with the adhesive. Unopened bottles of adhesive are safe to store for up to one year.
Once you have opened a bottle of adhesive it is good for 4-6 weeks. All bottles of adhesive should be replaced after this amount of time.
Please refer to the recommended humidity and temperature when purchased the correct adhesive for your lash environment. A thermometer is recommended to be purchased to find out the humidity and temperature of your lash room if you are not sure.
